Shipping and Delivery

To ensure a smooth shipping process, please take note of the following guidelines:

 

Order Cut-off Times: For in-stock items eligible for same-day shipping, please submit your order before 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) from Monday to Friday. This applies to all shipping methods, including:

  • UPS Ground (delivery within 2-6 business days)
  • UPS 2 Day (delivery within 2 business days)
  • UPS Next Day Air (next business day delivery)

 

Important Information:

Please be aware that business days commence once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Our shipping operations run from Monday to Friday, except observed holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

When placing an order, you will have the option to choose from various shipping methods during the checkout process.

UPS Next Day shipments are expected to arrive by 10:30 AM, 12:00 Noon, or the end of the next business day, depending on the location.

Delivery times are estimates, and Manufacturers Automation Inc. cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays.

UPS 2-Day shipments should be delivered by the end of the second business day. Please note that delivery times are estimates and ManuAuto is not responsible for delays.

Partial Shipping and Backorders: If an item is temporarily out of stock but available for backorder, you will see a message indicating its availability. If you require estimated lead times, click on the "Request Lead Time?" link next to the item and fill out our online form to request the lead time for that particular item. In cases where an order or item can be partially fulfilled, we may ship the items in multiple shipments, if necessary, to complete the order line(s).


Shipment Costs:

The displayed shipping costs will be prepaid and added to your invoice. Should the material you ordered be excessively heavy or large, a representative will contact you before shipping to notify you of any additional shipping costs. When shipping costs cannot be determined at the time of order placement, the shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight and size of your package. All charges will adhere to published rates and will be calculated at the time of order shipment.


Changing or Cancelling an Order:

If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact your local sales representative, who will assist you in the process.
